Matt and the team at Hoosier Trailer Rentals are amazing. Extremely nice small business in NW Indiana. I rented the 20 foot enclosed trailer to pick up a car in Missouri. Great price but most of all Matt is amazing customer service. The winch inside saved me!!!! Thank you Guys! I will rent again from this great company. Highly recommend!!!
What an absolute great experience with our first time trailering our Jeep! Matt and Jim at Hoosier Trailers were fantastic, and they made the rental experience of a deck over trailer incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the moment we inquired, their knowledge and professionalism shone through. They patiently walked us through everything, ensuring we had the perfect trailer for our needs and felt completely confident before heading out. The trailer itself was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend Hoosier Trailers to anyone in need of a rental. We'll definitely be back for a trailer for our next off road trip!
I recently purchased another pickup truck from a dealer 3.5 hours away from me. I was in need of a trailer that I could use to load the pickup truck on to, to haul it back home. I called U-haul and was told that their trailers were too small for the task. I did what anyone else would do, and googled local trailers for rent. I called Hoosier Trailer Rentals and spoke with Matt. I told him what I wanted to do, I also told him I was new to hauling a vehicle. He asked what I was using as a tow vehicle and recommended that I use the 24' 14K deck over trailer. Matt also said that he would go over the hook up points on the trailer as well as the vehicle. Matt and Jim were both very nice and super helpful. They told me if I had any issues to call them. I had two minor issues, both my fault, I called and spoke with Jim. He was very understanding and glad we were okay. We were also running behind and asked them if they could come get the trailer after I unloaded it. They agreed because I was close to them in the next town over. That really helped out a lot because I had to go to work. Jim and Matt were fantastic to work with and highly recommend them if you need to rent a trailer.
